Featuring rotating bar technology, ProPUR stations offer a self-cleaning coating solution that ensures a high quality, streak-free application. Coating dies and precision die mounts with microadjustments come as standard features. ProPUR stations can also be integrated into an existing line to provide a fully mobile slide-in/slide-out coating die and backup roll for easier maintenance. For faster work changes with minimal operator intervention, motorized width regulation linked to grammage control is available as an optional feature.
