Valco Melton’s EasyCoat Adhesive Coating Station offers repeatable performance and reliable and uniform continuous application. It can be installed as a permanent fixture or as a “wheel-in/wheel out” cart to retrofit any existing line up to 3 meters wide, and it is designed to work with a large variety of hot melt or cold glues. This makes the EasyCoat Station the best choice for wide-web coatings and cold glue laminations, as well as jumbo label stock and adhesive tape applications.
