Configurable Adhesive Ribbon-Coating ‘Snuff-Back’ Applicator
FlexCoat™ Series Applicators can be configured for continuous or intermittent coatings up to 500m/min and 1200mm lamination widths. All FlexCoat Series applicators feature an adjustable nozzle mechanism that allows lamination in both directions and facilitates removal for minimum set-up times. Optionally, these applicators feature various adhesive channels with different grammage (coat-weights) and adhesive types throughout the web width on continuous applications or window frame on intermittent applications. This makes the FlexCoat Series the ideal solution for master roll label stock and adhesive tape applications, installation on printing presses and packing-list envelopes.
