Valco Melton’s applicators with rotating bar technology are ideal for clear to clear applications, transparent labels, adhesive tapes and flexible packaging. A servo driven nozzle bar creates a uniform coating of adhesive across the width of the application. EPR Coating Heads offer reliable finish and coat weight control for flawless coating performance. Adjustments are done inside of the applicator and independent of the blade. Pattern changes can be made without re-adjustment.
